What is your return policy?
At Nasreen Organics, we strive to ensure you are delighted with our natural skincare range. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window, starting from the day you receive your product. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be in their original packaging.
- You will need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please contact our team at info@nasreenorganics.com to initiate your return. We kindly ask that you do not send items back without first obtaining approval. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Inspect your items upon arrival. If you find them damaged, defective, or incorrect, please get in touch with us immediately. Our commitment is to address and resolve these concerns swiftly.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
We regret that we cannot process returns for gift cards.
Exchanges
For the best service, we suggest that you return the item you have. After the accepted return, proceed to place a separate order for the desired item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will inform you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and the amount will automatically revert to your original payment method. Do note that banks or credit card companies might need additional time to process and post the refund.
International Returns
Currently, we are unable to accept international returns.

Prepare your Package: If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions. Please pack the items securely and include any documentation necessary for the return.

Send it Back: Using the provided label, send your items back. We advise that all returns must be shipped within two weeks of receiving the return label to ensure a smooth refund process.
Note: We monitor return activities closely and reserve the right to decline a return or charge a processing fee if we find that our policies are abused. Decisions made regarding policy abuse are at our sole discretion and are final. Unauthorized or ineligible returns may be recycled or disposed of without a refund.
